The Trilly twists two to four wires with high quality.
From the flexibly adjustable parameters, the machine autonomously twists the required length.
Thanks to the endless rewinder with laying unit, the obtained wire on reel can be fed to the next process, stored or shipped.

Options
Rewind
The Trilly also offers the function of rewinding. Wires from the drum or from the spool can be rewound easily, efficiently and autonomously onto the desired end spool. The integrated laying unit guarantees that the wire is wound in exactly the right position.
Wire count extension
With this option, the number of wires to be twisted can be increased from 4 to 6.
Cutting unit
The cutting unit extends the application range of the Trilly even further, because the Trilly can take over the downstream process of cutting. The operator only has to enter the specifications of the required lines and the quantity, and then the Trilly processes this job autonomously. Thanks to the clever control software, the Trilly can also be operated remotely via smartphone as usual.
